If you see a trip
that you would like to be a part of then give us
a call. We will go over it in detail with you.
Should you choose to book a trip with us we will
then forward to you a booking contract in
duplicate. Upon receiving them you may review,
sign, and return mail one copy back to us along
with your deposit of 25-50% of the price of the
trip and retain one copy for your records.
Deposits will vary according to the timing of
the trip. All deposits are non-refundable
unless; with Magnum Guide Service's permission,
allow client to assign his or her trip to
another, or, if Magnum Guide Service has sold
all of the spots on that particular trip, Magnum
Guide Service will refund 65 % of the deposit
held, unless a client cancels his or her trip
within 0-90 days of scheduled trip, in which
case there will be no refund of any kind
whatsoever. There are no refunds on Special
Permit or Special Draw hunts once the hunters
have received their licenses. Magnum Guide
Service recommends that all clients purchase
"Travel Insurance" to cover any loss or
un-expected trip cancellation. Dates will be
held for seven days pending the return of the
booking contract and deposit. After that it is
first come first serve. The balance of the trip
is to be paid by cashiers check, travelers
check, MC/Visa, or American Express only,
approximately 0-60 days prior to the first day
of the scheduled trip, depending on the specific
hunt. All currency and checks should be from
the United States of America. Hunting is a fun
but dangerous sport with inherent risks to life,
limb, and property that hunters must assume if
they choose to participate in such a sport.
Hunters must agree in writing at the time of
booking their trip to hold Magnum Guide Service,
LLC and their employees hold harmless.

Confirmation/Transfers

Once
we confirm your trip we will send you a receipt of your upcoming trip.
You will then begin receiving our periodic newsletters along with any updates
or specials. Approximately 45-60 days prior to your arrival to our lodge we will mail you a pre-trip planner. It will contain a recommended gear
list, maps, important phone numbers, and information on; travel, taxidermy,
list of available rental equipment, meat processing, etc. Clients should
advise our staff of their travel plans as far in advance as possible. We
do request that you do this in writing to avoid any possible confusion. Fish, meat, capes, and antlers will
be sent along with clients baggage. Meat may
be shipped or donated. We are here to please
you!
