Magnum Guide Service has been helping hunters experience the adventure of a lifetime since 1985. No matter if you’re chasing your first Rio Grande gobbler, hunting whitetail with family, or planning an African plains game safari, booking your hunt is simple — and we’re here to walk you through it.

We don’t rely on complicated forms or impersonal bookings. At Magnum, we prefer the personal touch. Give us a call, talk to a real person, and let’s plan your hunt the right way.

Let’s Make It Official

1. Give Us a Call

Give us a call at 325-853-1555 to check availability and discuss your goals. We’ll help match you with the best hunt for the right time of year and answer any questions you may have.

2. Sign the Contract

Once your date is confirmed, we’ll mail you a booking contract. Review, sign and return this along with your initial deposit. We’ll send you a copy and receipt for your records.

3. Get Ready

The remaining balance for your trip is due 0-60 days prior to your hunt. About 45-60 days prior to your arrival to our lodge, you will receive a pre-trip planner that contains a gear list, maps, available rentals, travel tips, and other important information.

4. Start Your Hunt

Advise us of your travel plans. If you’re flying into the San Angelo, TX airport, a staff member will meet you there. If your trip has you flying into another airport please check with us first to see if airport transfers will be available for you. Otherwise, you will be met by our staff once you arrive at our Lodge.
