Hunting antelope in New Mexico with Magnum means you skip the draw and go straight to the action. Our private ranches cover 37,000 minimum-pressured acres, where we consistently guide hunters to mature bucks in the 14″–17″ range scoring 74-82 B&C. Our guides know how to glass, stalk, and put you within range of the trophy you’re after.

Hunters may see 100 or more antelope during their hunt along with an occasional coyote. “New Mexico Antelope Hunting Licenses” are guaranteed through “Private Landowner Permits” so no need to enter a drawing. The archery antelope season is in late August with the rifle antelope season is in early October when the weather is often very pleasant.

What’s not included: Personal hunting equipment, gratuities, alcoholic beverages (available locally), hunting licenses, and taxidermy/meat processing. Per your request we can transport your trophy to a local taxidermist or ship your trophy to your taxidermist of choice for a reasonable handling fee plus shipping.

Do I need to enter a license drawing?

Nope! All Magnum hunts in New Mexico include a Private Landowner Permit, which guarantees your license.

What kind of bucks can I expect?

Most bucks score between 74–82 B&C, with horns ranging from 14″–17″. That’s well above the SCI record book minimum of 70”.

What’s the typical shooting range?

Average shot distance is around 225 yards. We recommend practicing at longer ranges before your hunt.

When is the hunting season?

Archery hunts run in late August; rifle hunts are held in early October. Expect cool mornings and mild weather.

What’s the terrain like?

You’ll be glassing across rolling prairie, grasslands, and open flats. It’s classic pronghorn country—big skies and lots of visibility.
